IT Technical Architects - London • £45,000 - £60,000

The Charityshare Development and Integration team is responsible for the evaluation, design, solution specification and assurance of technical delivery of Systems, Networks and Security solutions. The operating environment consists of Microsoft platform, Citrix, SQL, VMWARE, MOSS, HP, NETAPP and EMC SANs, Cisco and Checkpoint Security solutions.

We currently need an experienced and competent Technical Architect to lead in developing technical solutions and manage implementation within the area of:

Service Desk Analysts - London • £20,000 - £30,000

London - £20,000 - £30,000
Successful candidates will have expert knowledge of Windows 2000, NT Server, WAN communication links e.g. ADSL, as well as desktop operating systems WS95 / 98 / 2000 / XP, Exchange/Outlook and Office products. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and deal effectively with all levels of information systems users, be able to write clear and concise records (eg documenting known fixes), be competent in the use of Service Desk call logging software and be able to fix IT faults in an organised and timely manner using remote control software. Candidates should be enthusiastic and technically competent to join our fast-paced support desk team, servicing approximately 5,000 remote users.
You will be responsible for providing first and second line telephone support on software and hardware related matters. Ideal applicants will have a strong technical knowledge of hardware and software with at least one year’s experience on a 1^st/2^nd Line IT Service Desk. Certification and knowledge of ITIL Service Management would be a distinct advantage.
